ABOUT JSOH FAMILY HEALTH
With a vision to improve the quality of life among individuals lacking access to compassionate, bilingual healthcare, the JSOH Family Health clinic provides convenient access to affordable family health services.

The JSOH Family Health clinic provides wholistic, cash-based family medicine services accepting cash, debit cards, and Health Savings debit cards. We are committed to improving the overall health and well-being of our patients. We do our best to schedule you within 24-48 hours of contacting our office. We are transparent with our fees so there are no surprises.
OUR SERVICES
Our services are provided for a flat rate of $70.
We do not bill health insurance. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and Health Savings Account cards.

ABOUT JULIA SMITH
Julia Smith is a bilingual certified family nurse practitioner licensed in the state of Indiana. She obtained her degree in nursing at Vincennes University and advanced practice nursing degree at Indiana Wesleyan University. She specializes in family health and speaks fluent Spanish.

Julia resides in Vincennes, Indiana. She loves to travel and enjoys adventures with her husband on their motorcylce. She especially loves being a girl mom and can often be found having tea parties with her three girls.
